woke up at 11 today ..
slack until 1 den decided to start preparing.
went to meet YC at 1.30 .
go sch at first collect consent form fer marina barrage trip next Sat .
den had training .
mr tan said there wasn't much running ..
but ..
guess what ?
we ran like crazy .
so, legs are hurting like hell.
did some shooting and practised on th tactics as well .
